Rachelle was last heard from on January 23, 2018.
Rachelle has been missing since January 23, 2018. She was last seen in Kensington and wearing a black jacket, black yoga pants, and black UGG boots.
Rachelle is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• HAIR: Brown.
• EYES: Brown.
• WEIGHT: 150 pounds.
• OTHER: Rachelle has the name “Nathan” tattooed on her neck. She wears black glasses, and she may have her ears and nostril pierced, as well as a tattoo on her chest.
