DOVER — The missing’s Husband is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 25 year old Jessica Collier out of the Dover, Pennsylvania area.
Jessica was last seen on September 18, 2017.
She was last seen wearing a Black T Shirt and grey pants. Jessica left her house to go for a walk on Solar Drive. It is reported by her husband that she is on medication.
Jessica is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: White.
• HAIR: Black.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 7 inches.
• WEIGHT: 170 pounds.

They don’t have a better picture than one from snapchat??? I mean it’s filtered. I don’t think we are gonna recognize her without the flowers on her head and the highlighted eyes.

Hi Sara! Yes, we always try to get the best photo’s we can. This was a submission from a relative and the only photo we received. If we find, or receive, a better one, we can add it to the report. 🙂
This deffinatly seems fishy? Is she a substance abuser by any chance? I ask only because that can help notify people where to look. I am not implying anything.
Unfortunately, the police do not divulge all the information, only what they deem necessary. This is all the info I could find for her. I hope she is located safely!! <3
